delivered by Encap is able to match the optimal
kinetic profile of the drug substance as well
as providing the most stable and scaleable formulation.
This typically involves Encap undertaking a focused
encapsulation screening and optimisation programme
in close consultation with our customers in order
to maximise resources, typically to a demanding
timescale.
Encap has undertaken many such collaborative partnerships
for large and small companies and across most
therapeutic areas including high potency and cytotoxic/cytostatic
compounds that require specialist containment.
Drug Life-cycle
Both bench and full scale manufacturing is supported
by senior staff who are fully conversant with
the regulatory controls for the manufacture, control
and release of Investigative Medicinal Products.
Encap is proud to be able to respond to requests
for any quantity of an investigational medicinal
product, clinical trials material from a theoretical
single capsule to sufficient supplies for full
Phase 3-4 trials.
